posted hotel rates. Tour prices do not include tips to
guides or drivers, laundry, room service charges or any
items of a personal nature.
Late
Tour Bookings:
Reservation made
within 21 days prior to departure are subject to $25.00
non-refundable processing and telex fee.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be
made in writing, by fax, telex or certified mail return
receipt required. Cancellation shall be deemed made upon
receipt by Oussaden Tours. A minimum cancellation fee of
$50.00 shall be charged in all instances to cover
administration fees. A cancellation received 26-30 days
prior to departure shall bear a 10% cancellation fee
based on the tour prices. A cancellation received 20-25
days prior to departure shall bear a 15% cancellation
fee. A cancellation received 10-14 days prior to
departure shall bear a 30% cancellation fee. A
cancellation received 8-10 days prior to departure shall
bear a 50% cancellation fee. No refund shall be
available for cancellation received within 1 week of the
scheduled departure dates. Trip cancellation insurance
is highly recommended.
Sightseeing:
Transportation for
sightseeing excursions shall be provided by deluxe motor
coach or private automobile. Transportation coasts and
entrance fees shall be included in the tour price.
Professional English Speaking Guide shall accompany all
our guests. Private individual tours may be arranged at
additional coasts.
Travel
Documents:
Each passenger on
international flights are allowed to check in two pieces
of baggage provided the combined length, width and
height do not exceed 106 inches and single bag exceeds
62 inches. Passengers may also bring one carry-on bag.
Hotel
Accommodations:
All hotel rooms
provided in our tour packages are based on double
occupancy. Tour members desiring single accommodations
shall be required to pay a single supplement.
Air
Transportation:
Air transportation is
via Morocco's National Airline, Royal Air Maroc. Special
fares are used in conjunction with our packages must be
booked and paid for in advance and may not be refundable
in some cases or have a minimum cancellation penalty of
$125.00 in other cases if ticket is changed or cancelled
in ticketing time limit. All packages are based on
airfares from New York and are subject to change. Add-on
fares are available from other cities.
Not
Included in Tour Price:
Single supplement,
insurance, meals not listed on tour program, soft
drinks, alcohol beverages, laundry, telephone calls and
other personal items are not included in the cost of the
tour offered.
Liability:
Oussaden Tours acts
only as an agent in making arrangements for ground and
airline transportation, accommodations and sightseeing
for the tours offered herein. We offer these tours on
the express condition and understanding that we do not
in any way assume liability for or guarantee the
performance of the components of these tours, such as
transportation, accommodations and sightseeing. Oussaden
Tours is not responsible, either directly or indirectly
for any loss, accident or injury or other damage which
may result from any act, omissions, negligence or
default or any individual, company or other entity
providing any component of these tours. The passenger
contract issued by the transportation company shall
constitute the sole contract between the company and the
passenger or tourist. Additional expenses incurred as a
result of delays, scheduling change, illness, weather,
strike, hostilities, government policies, act of God, or
other reasons and factors beyond control of Oussaden
Tours shall be the responsibility of the individual
passenger or tourist. We reserve the right to substitute
hotels and alter itineraries if necessary. We reserve
the right to deny or terminate membership on any tours
in such case, we will refund the full price of any
unused accommodation or other services. Prices of these
tours are based on airfares and currencies exchange
rated currently in effect and are subject to change
without any notice. No refund shall be paid for unused
services except as otherwise set forth herein. Oussaden
Tours does not own, operate or control any mode of
transportation, any hotel or restaurant or other
supplier of services offered. All tickets, coupons or
receipts issued in connection with tours offered shall
be subject to terms and conditions set forth herein by
supplier of these services involved. Any passenger or
tourist accepting tickets or vouchers in connection with
any tour offer shall be deemed to have consented to the
terms and conditions set forth herein.
